Refund & Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We are unable to accept returns on sale items.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at florrieblankets@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
